One day long ago I decided to build a chatbot that does my job interviews for me. This led to a magnitude of learning what I needed to do this that this post is only a fraction of the story.

As the senior/lead backend engineer on a small team at an early-stage SaaS startup, I built advanced professional experience in a broad scope. I especially contributed in terms of software architecture/design for upcoming features and development.

My first professional project as a tech lead was for a RAG-enabled AI bot that acts as a real-time evaluator copilot for recruiters to use in job interviewing, evaluating candidates against given role criteria in real time.

I worked with some excellent Thoughtworks colleagues to deliver AI technical training in a program called PromptCamp.
